This research paper aims to conduct an in-depth legal and analytical study to clarify the role of the administrative judiciary in protecting the rights of contractors within the framework of public-private partnerships (PPPs). Determining the nature of disputes arising from partnership contracts between the public sector and the contracted party identifies the applicable law and competent judiciary for these disputes, along with the resulting legal consequences. Furthermore, the study examines the manifestations of the administrative judge's intervention in resolving disputes related to this type of contract concluded by the state, some of which are subject to judicial oversight, while others are excluded from the control of the administrative judge and submitted to arbitration as an amicable means of dispute settlement, particularly in disputes involving states within the framework of international economic relations.
