This study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between psychological resilience and coping strategies for psychological stress among school guidance and counseling advisors. The descriptive method was employed due to its suitability for the topic. The study sample consisted of 35 male and female advisors working in various educational institutions. Data were collected using two questionnaires: one measuring psychological resilience and the other assessing coping strategies for psychological stress. The results revealed a statistically significant correlation between psychological resilience and the use of positive coping strategies. Additionally, the findings indicated statistically significant differences in levels of psychological resilience and psychological stress based on gender and professional experience. Specifically, male advisors and those with greater professional experience demonstrated higher levels of psychological resilience and lower levels of psychological stress.
